Delete Account and Data — L'écurie – Die Reitschul-App

This page describes how, as a user of the app L'écurie – Die Reitschul-App (provider: Sascha Böttcher-Radtke, see Imprint), you can request deletion of your account and the associated data. There is currently no in-app deletion feature — requests are handled by email.
1. How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address registered to your account to info@stallzeit.org with the subject "Delete account".
- Include your full name and the name of your riding school so we can identify your account.
- We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
2. What data is deleted
- Your profile data: name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, emergency contact
- Horse profiles you created, if you are registered as a horse owner
- Your lesson bookings and attendance history
- Lesson comments you authored
- Subscription and box-rental records linked to your account
3. Exceptions and retention
If your account is a trainer account linked to lessons that already took place and that other users attended, the bare lesson history (date, time, attendance count) is kept in anonymized form — with no reference to you personally — so the school and other participants can still access their own attendance history. Your personal data is fully removed either way.
L'écurie currently does not process payments through a payment provider; there are therefore no statutory invoice or payment retention periods that would delay immediate deletion at this time.
