Delete Account and Data — L'écurie – Die Reitschul-App

This page describes how, as a user of the app L'écurie – Die Reitschul-App (provider: Sascha Böttcher-Radtke, see Imprint), you can delete your account and the associated data. You can do this directly in the app.
1. Deleting in the app
- Sign in to the app (iOS, Android or web).
- Open your Profile and choose Delete Account.
- Enter your current password to confirm and confirm the deletion.
The deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. You are signed out on all devices and can no longer sign in with this account.
2. Deleting by email
If you can no longer sign in to the app, write to us:
- Send an email from the address registered to your account to info@stallzeit.org with the subject "Delete account".
- Include your full name and the name of your riding school so we can identify your account.
- We process your request within 30 days and confirm the deletion by email.
3. What happens to your data
Your account is anonymized. The following is removed or made unusable:
- Name, email address, phone number, address and date of birth
- Emergency contact and notes about you
- Your profile photo
- Your credentials (password) and all sign-ins on your devices
- Riding shares linked to you, and the riding shares of your private horses
4. What remains
Content of your riding school that refers to your account remains, so the riding school can keep track of its operations. This includes, for example, bookings, lessons, comments and news. It then refers only to the anonymized account "Gelöschter Nutzer" (deleted user) and no longer to you.
Details you entered yourself into such content are not removed automatically, for example free text in a comment, or the name and date of birth of a child in a booking. If you want these deleted as well, write to us at info@stallzeit.org.
If you are the only active administrator of your riding school, the riding school is deactivated together with your account.
5. Retention
L'écurie currently does not process payments through a payment provider; there are therefore no statutory invoice or payment retention periods that would delay immediate deletion at this time.
