What counts as a user?
Verified students and boarders (horse owners) whom you have approved in the app count. Admins and trainers are free. Deleted, deactivated and not yet approved users do not count.
What happens if I exceed the user limit?
You will see a notice in the app asking you to upgrade your plan. You can keep approving new users; there is no lock.
What happens after the trial?
The 30-day trial is free and includes all features. After that there is a 14-day grace period with notices and emails. If no plan has been booked by then, access is locked until a plan is set. Your data is kept.
Are the two free months part of the trial?
No. The 30-day trial is free and non-binding. The two free months are a discount on the paid yearly plan: when you pay yearly you pay for ten months and get twelve. They start with the booked plan, not with the trial.
How do I book or change a plan?
By email to sales@stallzeit.org. We switch the plan and send you the invoice.
Are the prices shown in the app?
The apps do not show any prices. Plans are booked via this page or by email.
